We were commissioned to renovate an existing shop unit and three residential flats to create a larger retail unit with triplex apartment above.

The project involved improving the retail unit by opening up the flank elevation and forming a basement level. A new residential entrance was created to provide separate access to the above apartment an the existing roof altered to improve aspect and volume.
